Scenic work demands it all: invention, color, motion, built on dead-steady understructure, all on deadline and on budget, to turn designers' visions into reality.
The standard in Hollywood, Steeldecks® are terrific for stages, set risers, camera platforms and audience seating. The welded steel frames with plywood deck are very rugged and simple to set up. They come in a variety of sizes and shapes so you can build about any stage imaginable.

Steel pipe legs can be cut to any height and easily cross-braced for tall platforms. Different length legs can make a ramp. Use screwjacks to level your stage on rough terrain. Use casters to move it.
Ferrellels are favored by grip departments because they setup fast, travel well, are adjustable-height and have no loose parts. Just squeeze the lock pin levers to raise or lower the aluminum scissor-lift, Ferrellel to 16"”, 24”", 32"” or 40"”. Ramping just one end is simple. Standard wood decks make attaching production equipment, special effects and sets easy.
With our optional aluminum diamond plate tops, Ferrellels alone make great-looking set pieces. Ferrellels travel six to a 44” x 83” rolling cart so the rack fits on most lift gates, packing across the truck for efficient loading –.
Steeldeck® creates multi-level risers. With handrails and bracing, you achieve a cost-effective and structurally sound unit for tiered staging, audience seating, choirs and more. We also custom fabricate decks for different finished looks.
Custom 4'x 4' hinged decks attach to Steeldeck® to create the beginning of a ramp or raked stage. Car Ramps 14' & 16' make for safe, easy loading or unloading of vehicles.
