Confetti Sticks Operating Instructions
As easy as casting a fishing line.

Step 1 – Hold one end of the tube firmly in one hand and extend your arm straight up above your head to the 12 o'clock position.

Step 2 – Bring your arm back to the 3 o'clock. In one continuous motion quickly return arm to the 12 o'clock position while flicking your wrist. Repeat until the entire product is out the tube.

WARNING: Do not flick towards anyone when using.

Celebration CO2 Hand Launcher Operating Instructions

The Celebration launcher is a high pressure projectile system. If used properly, it will provide years of reliable service. Failure to follow these instructions, and basic safety rules, may result in serious injuries.

Make sure launching tube is empty before loading
Any foreign object in the launcher is potentially dangerous.
Do not point directly at anyone's face or body.
Keep out of the hands of children.
Once the CO
2 cylinder is in place, do not leave launcher unattended.
Never look down the barrel of a loaded launcher.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Load confetti or streamers into plastic tube. (If desired you can load a foam plug in first then confetti or streamers, and cap with black caps and lightly tape around the barrel, never up and over).
Make sure release valve is closed (metallic arm attached to pull string, folded in).
Screw a 16 gm CO2 cartridge into the launcher (not too tightly).
Holding firmly, point the launcher away from your body, and well above your head and your audience.

The system is now ready to fire. Take hold of the red knob attached to the pull-string, and pull quickly and firmly, pushing out at same time with the hand holding the launcher. Keep the launcher a safe distance from the audience, at least 5 yards.

RC-2 Confetti launcher Operating Instructions
Warning: When using electrical devices, adhere to basic safety precautions including the following:

 •  Read all instructions.
•  Keep work area clean.
•  Don't use electrical devices in wet locations or in the presence of flammable liquids or gases.
•  Only trained technicians should operate or come in contact with the device and control systems.
•  Use the right device and appropriate supplies for the task.
•  Secure the device to avoid it being moved.
•  Disconnect the device when it is not being used.
•  Inspect the device prior to each use.

Warning: When using confetti effects launching equipment, follow these additional safety precautions:

•  Position the launchers so they will not launch confetti or streamer product directly at anyone, into sensitive mechanical equipment or onto hot devices such as lighting equipment.
•  Secure the launchers so they will not be moved after they are aimed. Use a safety cable if the launcher is rigged above ground.
•  Never pressurize the accumulator tank over 200# psi.
•  Check and remove obstacles from around the confetti-launching zone.
•  Warn people in the area a confetti launching is about to occur.

Normal operating procedures:

•  Secure barrels to the launcher using the cam-lock connectors; double check the connectors are fully seated and locked with the rubber band retainers.
•  Loosen the fittings before aiming the barrels. Tighten all fittings after aiming the barrels.
•  Check that the barrels are free of obstacles. Load the RC-2 Confetti Launcher with approved confetti or streamer products by transferring the contents of each load in to the barrels. Be careful not to drop packaging into the barrel.
•  (Optional) – Cap each barrel. One method is to place a foam plug into the end of the barrel. A second method is to cover the end of the barrel with a paper cap and tape the sides of the cap to the barrel with masking tape.
•  Fill the accumulator tank with compressed air or CO2; normal operating pressure is 125# psi.
•  Use a two-switch controller with a controller power switch and momentary closure switch.
•  Check that the launcher controller is OFF and connect the power cord to the controller. Use a cube tap and extension cord to “daisy chain” more than one launcher to the same control circuit.
•  Shortly before the launch cue, give the “…Standby confetti…” warning and turn the launcher controller ON.
•  When launching zone is clear of people and obstacles give “…Go…” cue, push the momentary closure switch. Turn the power off to the launcher controller.

Check to be sure all launchers have been operated and release any residual pressure in the tanks

SohotMax 110V Operating and Assembly Instructions

WARNING: Use of this machine for soft confetti, soft streamers, are recommended by the Manufacturer. Do not use this to launch other items. Harmful or dangerous injury can occur if not following directions.

Check for proper electrical connection (either 110v or 220v). Make allowance for 15 amps (110vac).
Check parts: 1 IEC electrical plugged cord
1 2 x 24 threaded tube
1 2 x 5 angle-cut flexible draw tube

Attach the threaded tube to the front of the machine. IMPORTANT! Make sure launch area in front of launch is clear of any obstruction/personnel prior to operation. Aim toward open area so as not to strike objects, persons, or items. Clear area around machine so not to block air intake around all vents.

Adjust bracket to hold up front of machine when sitting on a surface. Be sure to secure the unit by anchoring it down. If hanging the unit from overhead, swing the bracket completely around to the upward position and attach the C-clamp with bolt, using the safety cable. Lock the unit in position securely.

Plug power cord into power receptacle that provides 110v-10amp AC power to unit (or 220vac, 7a). For DMX control, plug into the DMX relay (accessory) then plug into the electrical outlet. Plug the DMX control cable (3 pin) into the DMX XLR connection.

Place angle-cut draw tube into the coupling on the end of the hose.

Place flexible draw tube onto the surface area of the item to be launched such as soft items, confetti, and streamers, etc. Do not stuff product into tube, but allow plenty of air to pass with the items to be launched. Note: The angle cut is to allow air with the product to be drawn into tube. This prevents clogging.

Turn power switch ON? or use DMX control panel. Beyond 50% is on power to ShotMax.

Move draw tube through material to be launched, as needed. As long as material is close to inlet, it will launch continuously. You could launch all day.

Manufacturer assumes no liability for improper use of this product.

Cyclone - Continuous Flow Confetti Launcher Operation Instructions
Warning:   When using electrical devices, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and personal injury including the following:

•  Read all instructions.
•  Keep work area clean.
•  Don't use electrical devices in wet locations or in the presence of flammable liquids or gases.
•  Only trained technicians should operate or come in contact with the device and control systems.
•  Use the right device and appropriate supplies for the task.
•  Secure the device to avoid it being moved.
•  Disconnect the device when it is not being used.
•  Inspect the device prior to each use.

Warning: When using confetti effects launching equipment, follow these additional safety precautions:

•  Position the launchers so they will not launch confetti or streamer product directly at anyone, into sensitive mechanical
equipment or onto hot devices such as lighting equipment.
•  Secure the launchers so they will not be moved after they are aimed. Use a safety cable if the launcher is rigged above ground.
•  Check for and remove obstacles from around the confetti-launching zone.
•  Use only new approved confetti product.
•  Warn people in the area a confetti launching is about to occur.

Normal operating procedures:

•  Remove the lid from the ATA case and store it out of the way.
•  Attach the venturi horn to reservoir cover. Connect on to the three studs using the three washers and wing nuts.
•  Connect the airline to a bottle of CO2. Smaller bottles may store in the back half. Be sure to use a washer in the hose connector.
•  Pre-load up to three pounds of bulk confetti in the reservoir.
•  Open the valve on the CO2 tank to operate.
•  Hand feed bulk confetti into the loading half of the Cyclone. Establish a consistent feed rate. The Cyclone will move up to one pound per second.
•  The Cyclone uses five pounds of CO2 per minute. But a CO2 bottle will begin to “freeze up” in about one minute. If a longer continuous effect is desired use multiple bottles and stagger their use.
